1. Definitions
- “Vendor”, “Institute”, “Training Provider”: Refers to any registered legal entity, organization, institution, or business on the TrainYou platform, whether public or private. These parties may initiate, host, or apply to participate in training engagements as both providers and applicants.
- "TrainYou", "we", "our", "us": Rajmanmahi Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which owns, operates, administers, and manages the TrainYou platform, including ensuring data protection, compliance, and platform integrity.
- “Personal Information”: All information supplied by vendors/institutes (and their authorized representatives) during registration or platform use. This includes names, contact information, company credentials, authorized user details, postings, submitted documentation, and any other data provided, collected, or generated through platform activities.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, completing the onboarding process, or using any function of the TrainYou platform, you irrevocably agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), the Privacy Policy, and related guidelines as may be updated from time to time.
You acknowledge that continued access or use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance. If you disagree with the Terms, you must discontinue registration or platform use immediately.
3. Scope of Services
3.1. Posting and Hosting Training Requirements
Vendors/institutes may list training requirements with detailed specifications such as subject, qualification, course code, format (online/offline/blended), location, schedule, prerequisites, participant profile, and any other relevant criteria.
Requirements must be genuine, current, and communicated in clear, non-misleading terms to enable relevant applicants to assess suitability.
3.2. Hosting and Delivering Trainings
You may also use the platform to host, organize, and deliver your own training sessions or programs.
Hosted sessions are open for applications from both independent instructors and other institutional vendors, thus maximizing peer-to-peer and B2B collaboration.
3.3. Application to Third-Party Trainings
Vendors/institutes have the right to apply for training opportunities posted by others to act as delivery partners, subcontractors, or collaborative providers within agreed engagement frameworks.
3.4. Profile and Opportunity Management
Maintenance of your organization profile and posted opportunities is required for transparency. All organizational information and descriptions submitted must be updated, accurate, professional, and appropriately detailed.
Vendors/institutes must promptly update their profiles and requirements in case of changes to contacts, scope, or eligibility.
4. Data Usage, Privacy, and Security
4.1. Purpose and Lawful Processing
All data provided by vendors/institutes is processed solely for:
- Enabling secure platform access;
- Facilitating targeted opportunity matching;
- Enhancing user and service experience;
- Fulfilling contractual obligations; and
- Complying with all legal, regulatory, or audit-related requirements.
4.2. Data Sharing and Confidentiality
Information provided by vendors/institutes is confidential and not disclosed, shared, sold, or otherwise provided to third parties without explicit written organizational consent, except where strictly required by law or for essential platform operations (for example, third-party cloud services subject to confidentiality contracts).
All communications, applications, and negotiations on the platform are safeguarded by privacy controls; any use of applicant or participant information must be restricted to assessment, engagement, or compliance purposes only.
4.3. Security, Retention, and Disposal
TrainYou applies robust security measures (encryption, access control, network security, and data segregation) to ensure information integrity, confidentiality, and protection against unauthorized access or disclosure.
Data is stored only for the period necessary to fulfill business, operational, or legal obligations. After the retention period, or upon written deletion request from the vendor/institute, all data will be securely erased or anonymized unless a longer retention is legally mandated for dispute resolution, audits, or compliance.
5. Vendor/Institute Obligations and Code of Conduct
5.1. Legal and Ethical Conduct
Vendors/institutes must provide only legitimate, truthful, and non-infringing information.
All posted opportunities, applications, and hosted trainings must be free from deceptive content, misrepresentation, and unlawful materials, and must only be intended for genuine training delivery purposes.
5.2. Confidentiality and Data Handling
Vendor/institute representatives must treat all applicant data, communications, and selection procedures as confidential, using such data solely for the purposes of engagement or service delivery as permitted by applicants and by law.
Any suspected breach or unauthorized access must be promptly reported to TrainYou.
5.3. Fair Play and Use Restrictions
Platform use for spamming, unsolicited advertising, fake postings, infringing activities, or misuse of application or applicant data is strictly prohibited.
Misuse, repeated irrelevant postings, or conduct prejudicial to the platform’s integrity may lead to suspension, removal, and potential legal action.
5.4. Responsiveness and Good Faith
Vendors/institutes must proactively cooperate with TrainYou representatives, respond to compliance or verification requests, and participate constructively in dispute resolution.
6. Administrative Rights and Platform Monitoring
6.1. Platform Oversight
TrainYou reserves the full right, at its discretion and without prior notice, to:
- Monitor, flag, restrict, or remove any data, posting, profile, or activity deemed misleading, non-compliant, ambiguous, irrelevant, or in violation of these Terms.
- Suspend, terminate, or restrict vendor/institute access for breaches or abuse.
6.2. Activity Monitoring
Communications and activities (including chat, postings, applications) may be reviewed or audited to ensure platform security, compliance, quality assurance, and legal adherence. Such moderation is performed with due regard for privacy rights and the minimum impairment required.
7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
7.1. Liability Disclaimer
TrainYou is not liable for the actions or omissions of any user, whether instructors or vendors/institutes, or for the content or accuracy of postings.
No warranty is made regarding platform uptime, applicant/interviewee selection or engagement, or successful outcome of any posted requirement.
7.2. Indemnification
Vendors/institutes agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrainYou, its officers, employees, and partners against any loss, liability, claim, or expense arising directly or indirectly from your use, breach, or misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
8. Modification of Terms
TrainYou reserves the unilateral right to amend or replace these Terms at any time for business, legal, or operational reasons. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use post-notification constitutes binding acceptance.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and all related disputes or claims are governed exclusively by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

By registering or continuing to use TrainYou as a Vendor/Institute, you affirm your understanding and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and expressly consent to all information processing and platform rules described above and within the Privacy Policy.
