We collect information directly from Trainers to help them create meaningful profiles and apply for relevant training opportunities:
- Personal Information: Full name, contact email, phone number, and optionally a display name (canonical name) for privacy and branding purposes.
- Professional Details: Information such as teaching subjects, areas of specialization, academic qualifications, certifications, years of experience, and preferred training time slots.
- Multimedia Submissions: Trainers may optionally submit voice recordings to personalize their profiles and improve chances of selection by training providers.
- Usage Data: Includes timestamps of logins, profile modifications, training applications submitted, and other in-app behavior.
This information enables a functional and personalized experience for Trainers while helping us match them with relevant training engagements.
2.2 Institutes/Vendors
For training institutions and vendors who post requirements:
- Organizational Data: Business or institution name, official contact details, trainings offered, organization registration status, GST number (if applicable), and other relevant business credentials.
- Training Requirement Data: Details such as training subject, curriculum outline, delivery mode (online/offline/hybrid), and scheduling preferences.
- Usage Patterns: Includes training requests posted, changes made to existing requests, interactions with Trainer profiles, and history of engagements.
These details facilitate seamless collaboration between Trainers and training providers and help maintain a repository of verified opportunities.
2.3 TrainYou Administrators
Administrators are responsible for ensuring that the platform runs smoothly and in accordance with policies. Information collected includes:
- Admin Credentials: Names, emails, and securely stored login credentials for authorized access to the administrative backend.
- Operational Data: Logs related to monitoring chats, managing content, approving or rejecting profiles, resolving disputes, and enforcing community standards.
